Lingua Compass offers a range of cultural activities to help our international students experience the rich traditions of Morocco. These activities support cultural immersion and meaningful connection with Moroccan life.
Cooking class
We offer a unique cooking class experience for our foreign students, hosted in the warm and welcoming home of a local Moroccan family. This activity allows students to learn traditional recipes firsthand, while enjoying authentic cultural exchange and a taste of everyday Moroccan life.
Pottery workshop
Our pottery workshop offers foreign students a hands-on introduction to traditional Moroccan craftsmanship. Guided by skilled local artisans, students learn the techniques of shaping and decorating clay, creating their own unique pieces. It’s a creative and immersive experience that connects students with Morocco’s rich artistic heritage.




Caligraphy workshop
Our calligraphy workshop, led by our experienced teacher at the school, introduces foreign students to the art of Arabic script. Through guided practice, students learn the basic strokes, forms, and styles of traditional calligraphy, gaining a deeper appreciation for the beauty and cultural significance of the Arabic language.
Music workshop
Immerse yourself in Morocco’s diverse music scene through our interactive workshop featuring traditional styles like Gnawa and Chaabi. Led by passionate local musicians, this experience offers students the chance to explore the rhythms, instruments, and cultural roots of Moroccan music, creating a lively and memorable connection to the country’s artistic soul.






Mock wedding
Step into the heart of Moroccan culture with our lively mock wedding activity. Two students are chosen to play the roles of bride and groom, while the rest join in the celebration, complete with traditional music, dress, and customs. It’s a joyful and interactive way to experience the rich rituals and festive spirit of a Moroccan wedding.
